‍New: 

• Added option to set milestone to be at either start or end of day. By default milestones are set to end of day.
• Added option to bulk edit consumption rate values, reset consumption rates to default values and remove linked quantities to task via the Quantities tab in the task details panel.
• Added option for quantities to have 0 consumption rate which will allow for tasks to have no duration if it is the only linked quantity. If multiple quantities are linked to tasks and some have a consumption rate, the linked task can still have a duration.
• Updated how location task order logic works by allowing tasks to share the same location order. This should not change how it is interacted with, but will improve performance. An option to link or unlink from default location order has also been added in conjunction with this.
