My również uwielbiamy metodę planowania opartego na lokalizacji - dlatego stworzyliśmy Tactplan.

Zarówno Vico Office, jak i Exicute przekształciły się w Tactplan — ujednoliconą platformę opartą na chmurze, która łączy najlepsze harmonogramy oparte na lokalizacji i kontrolę produkcji w celu optymalizacji planowania budowy i wydajności.

  • Are there areas on the construction site with colliding trades?
  • Is staffing evenly distributed and is there a steady flow of work?
  • Are there areas standing idle?
The course combines instructor-led presentations with hands-on exercises.

You will learn how to:
  • Apply location-based scheduling in construction projects
  • Set up new projects in Tactplan
  • Work with quantity and resource-driven schedules
  • Analyse resource consumption in your schedule
  • Track and manage progress in construction projects (introduction)

Once you have completed a risk analysis of the factors that may affect the construction process, you can quickly adjust for any shortcomings and in many cases optimise your schedule further.

  • Optimise your schedule with staffing
  • Analyse risks, resource consumption and cash flow
  • Track and report progress for the client
  • Quantity- and resource-driven schedules
  • Import quantity data into Tactplan
  • Integrate with project cost management
