This course teaches advanced functions in Tactplan for creating flow and even resource utilization in schedules. In addition, schedule risk analyses are covered, with a focus on:
- Is there a risk of delays or bottlenecks?
- Is staffing distributed optimally across locations?
- How are project costs distributed throughout the project?
- Does the actual work completed match the planned work?
When you have an overview of this, you can quickly adapt to any shortcomings and, in many cases, create a better and more robust schedule.
You will learn how to:
- Apply location systems and advanced methods for creating and changing schedules
- Analyse risks, flow, and the critical path
- Optimise schedules
- Add cost data to schedules and analyse cash flow
- Track and manage progress in construction projects
You will get an introduction to:
- Importing quantity data into Tactplan
- Using quantity-driven and resource-driven schedules
